Posters and Poster Sessions

Posters will be on display for the duration of the meeting in the Governor's Ballroom, Salon C, D, and E from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Wednesday. A single conference-wide Poster Session for all societies is scheduled for Tuesday, August 16th, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm (Session 33).

Regular submission posters will fit onto bulletin Boards that are 4’ tall and 8’ wide.
Recent topics posters will fit onto bulletin boards that are 4’ tall and 4’ wide. Materials may be secured with push pins, which will be provided.

Poster set-up time is Sunday, August 12, from noon to 5:00 pm or Monday August 13, from 8:00 am - noon
Poster take-down time is Wednesday, August 17, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Neither the Hilton Management, nor Botany 2005 Management, are responsible for any poster materials remaining after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, August 17th.
